Ujjval World School, located in Whitefield, is a leading CBSE institution focused on holistic, child-centered education. It offers a balanced curriculum with state-of-the-art facilities, emphasising academic excellence, extracurricular activities, and character development to nurture lifelong learners.

Objective
To improve Ujjval World School's online visibility and organic search rankings for targeted keywords related to schools in the Whitefield and Kadugodi areas of Bangalore.
Approach
The UWS website initially suffered from limited pages, lack of keyword optimisation, poor local SEO, and low visitor engagement due to unclear CTAs and cluttered navigation. To address this, additional pages were created for each school division, optimised for local searches, and the website layout was revamped with clearer navigation and CTAs. Content was also optimised by incorporating relevant keywords to enhance search engine visibility.
Identifying the Problem


Lack of Pages
We found that the UWS website had a limited number of pages, which restricted the potential for capturing search engine traffic. A website with more pages generally has more opportunities to rank for different keywords.


Content Without Keywords
The existing content on the website did not effectively incorporate relevant keywords, missing out on optimisation for search engine visibility.

The previous layout of the website did not effectively engage visitors or guide them towards taking the desired actions. This was due to the lack of clear calls-to-action (CTAs) and a cluttered navigation structure.
Execution


Expanded Web Presence
We created additional pages to categorise the school's divisions, optimising these pages for local search queries. This included pages for each grade level eg: pre-school, primary school and secondary school, effectively increasing the website's depth and relevance to local searches.


Enhanced Engagement
We revamped the website layout to improve navigation and engagement. This involved implementing intuitive menu labels, decluttering the navigation structure, and strategically placing clear calls-to-action (CTAs) to guide visitors towards conversion opportunities.


Optimised Content
We enhanced the existing content by integrating relevant keywords into titles, meta descriptions, URLs, and body text. This optimisation improved the website's search engine visibility, ensuring it was found by users searching for educational institutions in the area.
